Any All-In Strength program is a "Digital Download" - Once you checkout, you will be emailed a link to download the entire program. Enclosed in the download will be a single zipped file that includes the All-In Strength program you selected. Download and save the zipped file within 24 hours and extract or unzip the file to retrieve the programs.
